We are excited to announce that we are now offering Tirzepatide for weight loss. Tirzepatide aka Mounjaro or Zepbound is an FDA approved medication that functions by mimicking the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) AND the glucose dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP).

Together, these hormones help to stimulate the release of insulin, while also suppressing glucagon which causes the slowing of gastric emptying and increases the feeling of fullness. Tirzpepatide also acts on the brain to modulate your appetite and reduce hunger.

If you have tried Semaglutide and felt it was ineffective or experienced undesirable side effects OR if you are on the maximum dose of Semaglutide and are no longer experiencing the desired effects, Tirzepatide may be an option.

It is a once weekly injection done here in the office. New patients will require a consultation with our MD prior to starting.
